These are separate on purpose. You can say yes to one and no to the other.

Text me when something needs attention Reminders about your own house. Filters, batteries, things getting old. For example:“Your furnace filter is due. Yours is a 16 × 25 × 1. Most people buy three at a time.” You can connect me with a local pro When something big is due, we can offer to line up a company we trust. Only if you say yes each time. For example:“Your water heater is 11 years old. Most last 8 to 12. Want two quotes before it leaks? Reply YES.”

Fair questions

How often will you text me? Rarely. Most people get 6 to 12 messages a year, and never more than two in a month. We would rather you read them than ignore them.

Will you sell my number? No. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, ever. If you say yes to the second box, a company we work with sees your name only when you ask for a quote.

How do I stop? Reply STOP to any message and they end immediately. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn them off in your profile.

Do I need texts to use my home profile? No. Your profile works either way. Texts just mean you find out before something breaks instead of after.

Does it cost anything? Not from us. Your carrier's normal message and data rates apply.
