A photo is a close match, not a paint match Your camera shifts color to make the picture look right, so treat this as the color you will recognise on a shelf. The brand, name and code below are what actually gets mixed at the counter — fill those in if you have them.

Who can see this house

Anyone listed here sees everything in it. You can remove them whenever you want — including us, if you ever ask us to look at something for you.
They will not get an email from us. Send them the link yourself — when they sign in with this address, your house is waiting for them.

Selling the house?

Hand the whole record to whoever buys it. It is the nicest thing you can leave them, and it is worth something at the closing table.
What goes with the house Every machine, every date, every service, the inspection list, the HOA facts, every paint color and the sticker photos.

What stays with you Your name, your email, your phone, what you paid, your cover photo, and anyone you invited. Your closing paperwork is deleted, not handed over. The settlement statement is your financial record, not the building's. Download anything you want to keep before you do this. Text permission never transfers. You gave that, not your house — so it is switched off and the new owner has to say yes themselves.
